| Description |

| BESTLUB COOLCUT is a mineral oil based soluble cutting oil. The emulsifier used in this oil is a rosin soap with natural sulphonate system. Further the oils is fortified with corrosion inhibitors and biocides. The selection of emulsifier is so made as to enhance the performance in extreme applications as well as in mild application. The additive emulsifier is also proved effective in dilution with even hard water. |

| Application |

| BESTLUB COOLCUT oils are recommended up to a max of 5% or 1:20 usage for extreme conditions. While in mild usages, a percentage of 2%or 1: 50 also gave satisfactory results. Hence it is recommended that the user find an adequate proportion based on the performance and intensity of the application. |

| Performance |

| BESTLUB COOLCUT OILS meets IS -1115 –1987 specifications and are cost-effective soluble cutting oil. The emulsion test at 5:1 and 20:1 in water with CaCO3 hardness not less than 400 ppm showed no oil or cream traces. It also showed better performance on the froth test with a no froth using water of 200-ppm hardness. This oil also showed excellent results on cast iron and copper corrosion tests. |
